Obituary of Larry M. Forrest

Larry M. “Pop” Forrest, 83 of Talladega passed away May 18, 2019. Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Saturday May 25, 2019 at Usrey Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Pine Hill Memorial Park ,Duane Player will officiate the service. His family will receive friends from 12:30-2:00pm Saturday at funeral home.

Mr. Forrest was retired from the Anniston Army Depot, and later retired from cattle farming, he was a member of Bethel UMC, and he enjoyed the outdoors with his family and friends and especially enjoyed riding four wheelers with his granddaughter and his trips to town with her.

He is preceded in death by his wife Frankie Spencer Forrest. He is survived by son Steve Forrest, daughter Stephanie Keith, granddaughter Kathryn Keith, grandsons Andrew Forrest (Tara), Gregory Pettus Jr., Christopher Pettus and Nicholas Pettus, one sister and four brothers, a host of nieces and nephews.
