Obituary of Etta Ruth Hare

Mrs. Etta Ruth Hare, 88, of Ragland, Alabama passed away on April 26, 2019 in Ragland.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Laverne “Rabbit” Hare; parents, J.W. and Alice Dubose; brothers, Travis Dubose and Raymond Dubose; sisters, Mamie Norris and Annie May Gahagan; great-grandson, McClain Mandujano; and son-in-law, Kenneth Crowe.

She is survived by her sons, David (Teresa) Hare and Tim (Jenny) Hare; daughters, Joanne Crowe and Beth (Evan) Bain; eleven grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, April 29, 2019 at Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City, with Rev. Doug Ford, Rev. Roger Harman, Rev. Matthew Crowe, and David Hare officiating. Interment will follow at Ragland Methodist Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Sunday, April 28, 2019 from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm at the funeral home.
