My Abuela was an inspiration to me. She radiated love and joy wherever she went. She had a beautiful and long life with many adventures. I'm blessed to have had the relationship I did with her. I know that her warmth and love still lives on within my mom and me. She's now reunited with her husband (my grandfather), Loyd Ratterree, who was the true love of her life. They were married for 70 years when he passed in 2015. They were a true testament to the stregnth of love, for each other and for Jesus. I am comforted knowing they are reunited and dancing/juking together again in heaven.
She will be missed as much as she was loved. I'm blessed to have been by her side with my mother when she took her last breaths and I truly believe she was comforted with our songs and words.

Mr. and Mrs. Ratterree were very special to our family. I have so many special memories of them, from the time you two were in high school. They will be greatly missed by our family.
