I am so sorry for your loss, you have our sympathy. The Bible says at Psalm 34:15: "The eyes of Jehovah are on the righteous, and his ears listen to their cry for help." Expressing our feeling to God in prayer is more than good therapy. It actually helps us to draw close to our Creator, who can use his power to comfort us in time of distress. (1 Peter 5:7)
