Obituary of Evelyn Cooper Magouirk

Talladega – Evelyn Cooper Magouirk, 93, passed away on Thursday, March
21, 2019. Graveside service for Mrs. Magouirk will be on Saturday, March
23, 2019 at 12:30 pm at Midway Memory Gardens. Visitation will be on
Saturday, March 23, 2019 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Usrey Funeral
Home.
Mrs. Evelyn worked as a clerk at Henderson Drug Company in Talladega for
15 years and also at Walmart. She was a resident of Ohatchee and was also
one of the founding members of the Ohatchee Senior Center.
Mrs. Magouirk is survived by her daughter, Carolyn C. Cooper; son, Ed
Cooper (Susan); two sisters, Lois Gaye Coley and Judy Baker; 12
grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and 24
nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her son, Richard Larry
Cooper; parents, John W. and Pearl Stewart; and four brothers and four
sisters.
