Mr. Frankie Lee Handley, 53, of Odenville, Alabama passed away on December 27, 2018 in Birmngham.
He is survived by his wife, Loretta Lynn Handley.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, December 30, 2018 at Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City, with the Rev. Kenneth Cothran officiating. Interment will follow at Branchville Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 until 2:00 at the funeral home.
