Obituary of Shirley Cook

Lincoln – Shirley Cook, 74, passed away on Monday, December 03, 2018. Funeral service for Mrs. Cook will be held on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Usrey Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Interment will be at Pine Hill Memorial Park. Rev. bill Pruitt will officiate the service.

Mrs. Cook lived most of her life in Lincoln, AL. She was a member of Dry Valley Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Emmett E. Cook Jr.; sons, Emmett “Eddie” Cook III (Linda) and Christopher D. Cook (Tammie); five grandchildren, Tristian Cook, Wade Cook, Russell Cook, Kayla Minton, Anna Cotton; five great-grandchildren, Luke Cotton, Callie Cook, Jackson Cotton, Emmett Cook, Kynlee Minton. Pallbearers will be Tommy Carlisle, Wade Cook, Russell Cook, Tristian Cook, Blake Cotton, and Taylor Minton. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dayle Haywood and Mark McKleroy.
