Obituary of Frances Patricia Isbell

Mrs. Frances Patricia Isbell, 77, of Pell City, Alabama passed away on November 5, 2018 in Pell City.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Clifton Isbell; her parents, Alford and Rachel Barber; and her bother, Raymond Barber.

Mrs. Isbell is survived by her daughter, Renee (Billy) Parker; sister, Clara Wallen; grandchildren, Adam (Rhonda) Parker and Dawn McAdams; great-grandchildren, Natalie Parker, Connor McAdams, Logan Parker and Parker McAdams; nephew, David Wallen; and niece, Regina Self.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday November 7, 2018 at Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City, with the Rev. John Churchill officiating. Interment will follow at St. Clair Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
