Obituary of Jerry Lee Smith

Munford

Jerry Lee Smith, 67, passed away at his home October 12^th. Funeral service will be 2:00 pm, Monday, October 15^th at Usrey Funeral Home in Talladega. His family will receive friends from 12:30 until service time with Jeff Rutledge officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Munford.

Mr. Smith is preceded in death by his mother and father, William and Naree Smith; sister, Hazel Faye Williams; brother-in-law, Carol “Dink” Stephens; brother-in-law, Alonza “AC” Vise; sister-in-law, Betty Jo Horn Smith; sister-in-law, Charlotte Smith; brothers, Charles Langley Smith, William David “Junior” Smith; sister-in-law, Elaine Gentry Smith and brother-in-law, Howard Williams.

He is survived by his daughter Teresa (Roger) Gunter and son, Mike (Alicia) Smith; sisters, Mary Frances Stephens and Mable Vise; brothers, Farris Smith and William L. (Patsy) Smith; grandchildren, Avery Gunter, Chasity Byars, Dakota Gunter, Bailey Smith, Lindsey Smith; great-grandchildren, Caleb Pearson, Bryle Byars and Noah Smith.

Pallbearers will be Dakota Gunter, Bailey Smith, Roger Gunter, Nick Byars, Craig Vincent.
