Mr. Perry Clyde Bray, 60, of Ragland passed away on September 9, 2013 in Ragland. Mr. Bray is survived by a niece, Casie Drummond, and by a nephew, Toby Bray. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 11:00 AM from the First Baptist Church in Ragland.
