Obituary of Vonneva Paige Fletcher

Mrs. Vonneva Paige Fletcher, 72, of Ragland, Alabama passed away on August 4, 2018 in Rome, Georgia.

Mrs. Fletcher was a member of Hardin's Chapel Bible Church. She chose to stay home and raise her children while operating an in-home day care. In later years, Mrs. Fletcher worked with H&R Block as a Tax Specialist for 15 years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, David Peter Fletcher, parents James Edward and Yvonne Watts Bunt, and her brother, Frank Stinson.Vonneva loved many things in her life, but most of all was her love of family, raising children and for her savior Jesus Christ.

She is survived by her daughter, Sarah St. Clair (Steve); son, Darrell Fletcher; sisters, Michelle Hyatt Lann (T.G.) and Pricilla Powell; brother, Douglas Bunt (Brenda); and grandchildren, William Andrew Jayne,Shiloh Grace St. Clair, Baron Austin St. Clair and Nolan Anderson Fletcher.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday August 10, 2018 at Macedonia Baptist Cemetery with Bro. Doug Ford officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday, August 9, 2018, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City.

Pallbearers will be Darrell Fletcher, Nolan Fletcher, William Andrew Jayne, Baron St. Clair, Eric Hyatt, Greg Hyatt and Josh Bunt.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hardin's Chapel Bible Church.
