Russell Bittle

Obituary of Russell Stephen Bittle

Please share a memory of Russell to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

(Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 2nd at Usrey Funeral Home from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm.)

Russell's life was nothing short of spectacular.

Just to be in his presence was sheer excitement.

He was the best at everything he did from baseball to football, you just never knew with him, but you always knew it was going to be a blast!!!

On May 20, 2018, Russell Stephen Bittle, ran that last home run and made it across the home plate.

He won his battle against cancer and knocked it out of the park!!!

Until they meet again at the Golden Shores, Russell temporarily leaves behind his wife, Christina Charpentier-Bittle, who loves, adores and cherishes every moment that

God gave them and continues to give them through their children and grandchildren.

He is also survived by his beautiful, five, yes, five, brown-eyed "gals" Amanda Kay (Percy), Deonne Nicole (Josh), Michaela Gabrielle, Sara Elizabeth and Victoria Grace.

Then there are the grands, five of those too; Kyleigh, Carson, MaKya, Mylee & Tre. We often refer to ourselves as the Griswold's lol...

Now, the two that started this very special family were Ernest Lee and Daisy Lee Bittle of Munford. Russell was the baby, and if you didn't believe it just ask his mama. He has two older siblings a

brother, Gerald Bittle (Joy) of Talladega and Ernestine Bittle Smith (Paul) of Munford.

ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!
