Mrs. Joshua Francis Gaither (Miss Nettie) was my Sunday School teacher for many, many years at Shiloh Baptist Church. Miss Nettie and her late husband, Mr. Bud, were very special and important to me as adopted grandparents during my childhood years and into adulthood. Both will always hold a special place in my heart and memories as they were shining examples of a Christian walk with the Lord. Miss Nettie instilled the very best in her classroom students by sharing her wisdom, faith and experience. She is loved. And she will be missed.
