Obituary of Frances S. Heath

Frances S. Heath, 89, passed away March 27, 2018. A graveside service will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 30, 2018 at Oak Hill Cemetery with Terry Barksdale and Robert Klotz officiating.

Mrs. Heath was a member at the First Baptist Church in Talladega. She very lovingly served the church and was a member of many different activities there, as well as her Thursday night Scrabble group. Mrs. Heath worked 36 years for Community Action Agency and with her husband Roy, together they owned and operated their own print shop in Talladega.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Roy Heath; parents, Eunice and Melvin Smith; brother, Joe Mel Smith and sister, Peggy Smith Wesley.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Lane Dempsey; grandchildren, Brian Dempsey, Allison Dempsey Fink; great-grandchildren, Whitney, Dalton, Patrick Fink; sister-in-law, Jean Smith; 1^st cousins, Lewie Duke, Virginia Upchurch; a host of nieces, nephews and many beloved friends.
