Obituary of Teresa Kaye Ponder

Talladega – Teresa Kaye Ponder, 60, passed away on March 5, 2018. Funeral Service will be on Friday, March 9, 2018 at 11:00 am at Usrey Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 8, 2018. Family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Mrs. Ponder was a native of Sycamore, Al and has been a resident of Talladega, Al. She was employed by Talladega County and was a member of Southside Baptist Church.

Mrs. Ponder is preceded in death by her son, Brian Ponder. She is survived by her husband, Phillip Ponder; daughters, Kristie Ponder and Heather Ponder; parents, Carey and Mary Mizzell; sister, Susie Bishop; brothers, David Mizzell, Carey Len Mizzell, and Mike Mizzell; five grandchildren, Lexi Ponder, Joey Ponder, Kacie Parker, Ava Parker,  Kadan Ponder; and one great-grandchild, Kinzley Hafley.
