Obituary of Vesta Christine Clowers

Vesta Christine Clowers, 92,passed away in Rome, Ga. on February 20, 2018. Funeral service will be 1:00 pm Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Usrey Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Pine Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 1:00 pm prior to service.

Mrs. Clowers was a native of Talladega and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She was retired from Med-Line Industry of Pell City.

She is survived by sons, Lynn (Elaine), Scott (Jil); sister, Diana Matson; grandchildren, Chris Clowers, Summer Clowers Elam; 2 great grandchildren, Lexi and Sadie.

She was preceded in death by her husband CJ Clowers; grandson, Brian Clowers, 5 sisters and 2 brothers.

Pallbearers Rex Killough, Lewis Price, Larry Stephens, Roger Davidson, Gene Hodge and Lance Elam.
