Obituary of Fredrick F. Lane

Mr. Fredrick F. Lane, 81, of Ragland, Alabama passed away on January 30, 2018 in Pell City.

Mr. Lane was a member of Providence Baptist Church in Ragland. He was a veteran of the Korean War and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was also a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans and was retired from National Cement. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Cludie Lane and his brother, William Earl Lane.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Imogene Lane; daughter, Stacy (Michael) Coker; son, Christopher W. Lane; sister, Becky Case; grandchildren, Alex Lane, Ashton Coker and Brent Coker.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 3, 2017 at Providence Baptist Church with the Rev. Ted St. John officiating. Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 10:00 - 11:00 am at the church.
