Obituary of David Green

David Green, 72 of Talladega Passed away Saturday January 13, 2018. Funeral services will be held 11:00am Tuesday January 16, 2018 at Westside Baptist Church with burial in Midway Memory Gardens. Rev Jack Washington will officiate the service. His family will receive friends Monday at Usrey Funeral Home from 5-7:00pm.

Mr. Green was a retired self-employed Roofer. He is preceded in death by his parents A.D. Green and Estelle Green Harvell, sister Opal Hurst and brother Charles Green.

Mr. Green is survived by his wife of 50 years Balinda Green, daughter Betty (David) Street, sons David Ray Green, Jason (Vicki) Green, grandchildren Jennifer, Jessica and Hannah Street, Jacob and Josi Green, special great nephew and great niece Kip and Everly Cooper, sisters Genell Moore, Ezelle Spurling and Willie Mae Bridges, as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Pallbearers will be Grady Spurling Jr., Greg Parker, Gene Irvin, Brad Cooper, Anthony Pitts and Jacob Green. Honorary Pallbearers Perry Patterson and Scotty Bishop.
