Obituary of Tom Herring

~~Mr. Tom Herring, 91, formerly of Ragland, passed away November 30, 2017 at the Mississippi State Veterans Home in Oxfod, MS.  He was born September 17, 1926 in Acmar, AL. 

Tom was retired from the US Air Force.  He served in World War II, Korean War and in Vietnam. He was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey Herring;  wife, Jimmie Lou Herring; great-grandson Steven Spade, Sr.; father James Herring; mother Susie Rich Herring; sisters Beadie Poe, Ioni Bice, Leddie Row and Louise Taylor.

He is survived by his daughter, Audrey Bell (Steven) and stepson Thomas St. John (Karen),  grandaughters, Stephanie Spade (Larry), Saja Stacks (Rodney) and Jennifer Bell;  grandsons Thomas St. John and Christopher St. John; six great-grandchildren; three  great-great-grandchildren;  and numerous nieces and nephews

Graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, December 10, 2017 Macedonia Baptist Cemetery in Ragland, AL.
