Funeral services for Vivian Elaine Hazelwood, 60 of Pell City, Alabama, will be Monday, December 4, 2017 at Mt. Zion Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Michael Barber and Rev. Travis Webster officiating. Burial will follow at St Clair Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Hazelwood is survived by her husband, Harold Hazelwood, daughter, Annette (Steven) Head, sons, Anthony Craig (Toni) Hazelwood and Joshua Clint (Alyson) Hazelwood, brother, Leslie Clark Beavers, Jr., and six grandchildren .
Visitation will be Sunday, December 3, 2017 from 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. at the Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City, Alabama.
Usrey Funeral Home in Pell City, Alabama will conduct the service.
