Obituary of Velma Wise

~Mrs. Velma   Wise, 92, of Pell City, Alabama passed away on December 2, 2017 in Pell City.

 Mrs. Wise was a member of Refuge Baptist Church.  She was always available to help those in need in the community, and she enjoyed going to church and spending time with her family.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald; daughter Sandra; sister Luine; and her brothers Roger and Ben.

She is survived by her daughters, Cathy Ragsdale and Donna Wilder; sisters, Mattie Pearl Clements, Virginia McGowan and Dorothy Ramsey; brothers, Fred Isbell, Troy Isbell Roy Isbell, Ray Isbell and J.W. "Duck" Isbell; grandchildren, Amanda Noble, Katie Tolbert, Sarah Giacomotto and Aaron Wilder; great-grandchildren, Haley, Ryan, Preston, Destiny, Chelsy, Lathan, Milo, Liam, Eloise and Coraline.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday December 7, 2017 at Refuge Baptist Church with Rev. Jason Tolbert, Rev. Adam Smith and Rev. Matt Dickerson officiating.  Interment will follow at St. Clair Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends  Thursday, December 7, 2017, 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at the church.
