Obituary of Clair Bower Owen

Mr. Clair B. Owen, 100 of Talladega passed away October 27, 2017. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Monday October 30, 2017 at Usrey Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Greg Tankerlsy will officiate service. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, Loved his family and friends, traveling and camping all over The United States. He is a retired barber from Milford Center, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his wife Veneza Owen, two sons John Owen (Lorna), Art Owen and parents John and Carrie Owen, three brothers Wilford Owen, Howard Owen and Ben Owen He is survived by his daughter Patricia A. McDonald (John), Daughter–in-law Deb Owen, grandchildren Barb Miller (David), Betty Giles (Dean), Lora Owen (Bill), Jay W. McDonald and Matt Gold, 13 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearer will be Steven Nelson, Sam Mann, Tony Haywood, Mark Munnerlyn, Jay W. McDonald and Dave Gilliland.
