Obituary of Lester Bobby Phillips

~Mr. Lester Bobby  Phillips, 86, of Gadsden, passed away on October 7, 2017 in Gadsden.

 Mr. Phillips was a retired truck driver with Deaton Truck Lines with over 40 years of service. He was currently employed as a Security Guard with T&C Discount Grocery.   He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Joyce McCoy Phillips.

He is survived by his daughters, Gail Cameron, Debbie Black,, Sharon Harris (Danny), Bobbie Barker (Wayne), Tressia Amer (Basel), and Jamie Broadhead (Eric); sons, Carl "Peanut" Bryant and Tim "Chuck" Phillips (Vicki); sister, Nellie Ruth  McAden (Bob); brother, Wallace Phillips; 16  grandchildren; 9 great- grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday October 11, 2017 at Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City with the Rev. Wayne Arnold officiating.  Interment will follow at St. Clair Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
at the funeral home.
