Obituary of Chester Johnson Jr,

Chester Johnson Jr., 90 of Talladega passed away Saturday September 30, 2017. Funeral Services will be held 2:00pm Tuesday at Blackberry Lane Community Church, with burial in St Clair Memorial Garden in Pell City. He was a member of Blackberry Lane Community Church and retired from Avondale mills. He is preceded in by wife Martha Johnson, wife Lola B. Johnson, parents Chester and Edith Johnson Sr., stepson Jimmy Wilkerson, granddaughter Bridget Hankamer, grandson Greg Wilkerson and great-grandson Jacob McNeill. He is survived by his children Norman Johnson (Vicky), Danny Johnson (Becky), Martha Hazel, Melba Meads, Brenda Allen (George) and Jerry Wilkerson (Gwen), 25 grandchildren and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Jay Endicott, Clyde Powell, Martin Luna, Hugo Ruiz, Richard Johnson and Jesse Johnson. Usrey Funeral Home Talladega will direct.
