Odessa O. Fulton, 90 of Talladega passed away July 3. 2017. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am Thursday July 6, 2017 at Usrey Chapel Funeral Home, with burial in Midway Memorial Gardens. Rev. David Lipscomb will officiate service. Her family will receive friend’s July 5 from 6-8:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. She was a native of Talladega County. Owner /Operator of Wholesale Tire Company. Member of Munford Church of God. She is preceded in death by parents Jack and Maggie Otwell and brother Arthur Otwell. She is survived by her daughters Myra Kyle (Deryl) and Gay Lipscomb (David), sister Bonnie Bryant, brother Frank Otwell, three grandchildren Jason Kyle, Cary Lipscomb and Beth Lipscomb, great-grandchild Abbi Kyle.
