Obituary of John E. Pace, III.
Rev. John E. Pace, III, 67, of Talladega passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Citizens BMC. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Bemiston United Methodist Church with Glen Horn, Joseph Macon, Mark Ledbetter, and Sid Gambrell officiating.
John was a native of Woodlawn and lived most of his life in Talladega. He served as Pastor at Liberty Hill UMC Circuit, Ohatchee UMC, Eastaboga UMC, Hackneyville UMC, Duncan Memorial UMC, Bemiston UMC, Bethany UMC, and Hollins UMC.
He is survived by his wife Gail Pace, daughter Rebekah Pace, bro-in-law Lynn Scott (Brenda), sis-in-law Diane Corman, and a host of nieces and nephews.The family would like to give a special thanks to Tracey Fields and all of New Beacon Hospice Staff.
Ministers of The United Methodist Conference will serve as honorary pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to New Beacon Hospice.
