Obituary of Billie Ruth Elkins

Billie Ruth Elkins, 81 of Talladega passed away June 4, 2017. Graveside services will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday at Pine Hill Memorial Park with Rev. Ivan fuller officiating. Family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8:00 pm at Funeral Home. She was retired from Palm Beach and owner of Billie’s Quick Mart. Preceded in death by her husband Douglas Elkins, daughter Pamela Elkins. She is survived by a daughter Regina Elkins, two sons Billy Ray Elkins (Amanda), Greg Elkins (Donna), daughter in-law Sherry Elkins, brother Hubbert Harville (Jackie), grandchildren, Sonny Elkins Williams, Ashley Elkins, Josh Crabtree, Jonathon Smith, Amber Weldon, Traci Hunter and Sydney Elkins and numerous great-grandchildren.
