Don A. Turner Sr, 72 formally of Eastaboga passed away April 17, 2017 after a brief illness. Graveside services will be held 11:00 am Wednesday April 19, 2017 at Blue Eye Baptist Church Cemetery in Lincoln Al. His family will receive friends Tuesday from 6pm – 8pm at Usrey Funeral Home. Mr. Turner was born May 23, 1944 to Frances and Alfred J Turner, He graduated from Lincoln high School in 1962 and attended Jacksonville State University, and he was an avid fisherman and turkey hunter. He was preceded in death by his by parents Alfred and Frances Turner and son Robert Jason Turner. Survivor’s sons Donald A. Turner Jr (Trisha), Christopher O. Turner (Barbara), brother Michael J. Turner (Connie), grandchildren Neal Turner, Andrew Turner, Mikel Couch, Jennifer Torres, Hannah Cole (Blaine) and Grant Turner. Pallbearers will be Neal Turner, Andrew Turner, Perry Smith, Chip Turner, George Neal Philips Jr., Ted fink, Honorary Pallbearers will be Wayne Culver, Milam McGehee, Ron Waters and Colvin Glosson.
