Shelby Jean Hand, 77 of Talladega passed away March 11, 2017 at her residence. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am Tuesday March 14, 2017 at Usrey Funeral Home. Elder Paul Golden and Rev. Charles Bolt will be officiating at her service. Her family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Funeral Home on Tuesday. Mrs. Hand was a member of Southwood Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her husband Thomas C. Hand, sister Ann Cooper and her special 15 nieces and nephews . She is preceded in death by her parents Marvin and Fairy Duke, brother Willie Duke, sister Kathleen Dudley and sister Jo Buchannan. Pallbearers Tim Tipton, Jimmy Duke, Rodney Duke, Bill Duke, Joshua Woodall, Landon Woodall and Zachery Woodall.
