Obituary of Lonzo Phillips, Jr.

Mr. Lonzo Phillips, Jr., 90, of Ragland, Alabama passed away on January 11, 2017 in Ragland.
Mr. Phillips was an avid fisherman. He enjoyed playing with his great-grandchildren, coin collecting. and whittling. He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Pearl Phillips, daughter, Mary Elizabeth Phillips, grandson, Matthew Link, parents, Alonzo and Katie Phillips, 3 sisters, and 3 brothers.
He is survived by his Daughters, Ann Link, A. Diane Vargas (Jaime), and Ginger Cooper (Tom); Sons, Danny Phillips (Tammie), Timothy Phillips (Pam), and Allen Phillips; Sisters, Janie Bowlin and Ruby Digiacoma; Brothers, J.L. Phillips and Larry Phillips; 16 Grandchildren, 42 Great-Grandchildren, and 4 Great-Great- Grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 pm on Friday January 13, 2017 at Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City with the Rev. Doug Ford and the Rev. Ted St.John officiating. Interment will follow at Providence Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 12:00 - 2:00 at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Michael Reaver, Kevin Link, Josh Phillips, Johnathan Phillips, Blake Phillips, Jerome Phillips, Joseph Phillips and Chris Phillips.
