Addie Mae Lackey Osborne, 87, of Talladega, Alabama, died Sunday morning, Citizens Baptist Hospital, November 13, 2016. Born to Charlie and Lizzie Beth Jane Timms Lackey on January 14, 1929, Addie Mae left a legacy of abiding faith in God. She was a stalwart Christian believer and served her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for 71 years. She was the oldest living member of the Cherry Street Church of God, which she joined at age 16. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Lewis Myrland Osborne, two brothers, Charles Lackey, and James Lackey, one sister, Pearl Lackey Jones. She is survived by her daughter, Sherry Dorlene Osborne Harris (Gary), of Ringgold, Georgia; three brothers, Marshall (Frances) Lackey, Jerry (Alice) Lackey, Randy (Esther) Lackey, one sister, Essie (Lee) Hester, three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. The family extends special thanks to all the staff at Gardens of Talladega Assisted Living, Talladega Health Care and Rehab, and Citizens Baptist Hospital. Service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, at the Usrey Funeral Home, officiated by Bishops Gary Harris, Kevin Harris, Phillip Harris and Pastor Jerry Lackey. Pallbearers will be Blake Harris, Tony Robinson, William Merritt, Frankie Lackey, Ross Jeffords and Earl Paige Interment will be held in the Pine Hill Memorial Park, Talladega, Alabama. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. At the funeral home located at 516 East North Street, Talladega, Alabama,
