Leo L. Dickerson, 76 of Talladega passed away November 7, 2016 at Regional Medical Center in Anniston.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Usrey Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Mike Drummond will officiate and entombment will follow in Pine Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum. His family will receive friends Wednesday from 1:00-2:00 pm. Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega will direct.
Mr. Dickerson was a native of Calhoun County and a longtime resident of Talladega. He attended Oak Grove Baptist Church. Leo loved music and played many stringed instruments.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Velma Dickerson and many siblings.
Leo is survived by his wife of 57 years Joy Dickerson, daughter, Pam Hindmon (Greg), son, Leo Dickerson (Lisa), grandchildren, Jennifer Johnson, Scott Hindmon, Courtney Dickerson, Kantrel Dickerson, Christopher Dickerson, and Carson Dickerson, great-grandchildren, Raylee Hindmon, Kelsie Johnson and Lucas Hindmon, sister, Johnnie Faye Austin, several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be his nephews.
