Obituary of Lester Jonas Rich

Mr. Lester Jonas Rich, 73, of Cropwell, Alabama passed away on October 31, 2016 in Birmingham. Mr. Rich was an avid Crimson Tide Football fan. He was retired from the Pell City School System with over 25 years of service. He attended Coosa Valley Church of God. Mr. Rich was preceded in death by a brother, Julian C. Rich. He is survived by his Wife, Bonnie Rich; Daughter, Lesley Bunt (Phillip); Sons, Jeff Rich (Dawn) and Mike Rich (Gayle Smith); Brothers, Noah Jim Rich (Margaret) and Benjamin Franklin Rich; Grandchildren, Jessica Rich (Josh), Erica Rich (Joey), Lydia McSwain (Jamarcus), Tanya Whitten (Justin), Hallie Goin (Matt), Savannah Rich, Hannah Rich, and Jannah Rich; and by Great-Grandchildren, Madison Gerhardt, Willie Gerhardt, Eli Goin, Cadence Cochran, and Aubrianna Phillips. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 am on Thursday November 3, 2016 at Coosa Valley Church of God with the Rev. Harlan Harris, Rev. Eddie Williams, and Rev. Andy Lambert officiating. Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 2, 2016, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City.
