Mr. Thurman Boyd Jones (70) of Westmoreland, TN. passed away September 30, 2016, Funeral services for Mr. Jones will be Thursday Oct. 6, 2016 at Bethany Baptist Church at 12:30 P.M. Mr. Thurman is preceded in his Father Ives Jones, his Brother Jerald Jones and his Son Wayne Jones. Mr. Jones was in the United States Marine Corp where he served in the Vietnam war. He was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association and an avid outdoorsman. He is survived by his daughter Lynn(Brady) Bunt, his Mother Edith Jones, four grandchildren Elizabeth Smith, Timothy (Courtney) Richardson, Colton Dillard and Jessica Bunt, his great great grandchildren Caiden & Peyton Richardson & Eli Smith, his brother Don Jones The family will receive friends from 11:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. at the church.. Rev, Billy Wakefield will be officiating. Interment will be in Bethany Baptist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers make donations to the Disabled American Veterans.
