Mrs. Harriett Layton Bice (70) of Ragland passed away Oct. 2, 2016. Funeral services for Mrs. Bice will be Tuesday Oct. 4, 2016 at Usrey Funeral Home. Mrs. Bice is preceded in death by her parents Cecil & Evelyn Layton and her Brother Jimmy Layton. She is survived by her husband James Dale Bice, her daughter Dale B. (Eddy) Stone and her Grandson Logan Stone and many loving Nieces and Nephews. Visitation was held Oct. 3, 2016. Pallbeares will Carl Jones, Billy Tollison, Keith Day, Ricky Day, D.J. Grizzell, Kevin Trammell, Wayne Wimpee & Eric Ford. Rev. Shon Phillips and Bro. Doug Ford will be officiating. Interment will be in Ragland Methodist Cemetery.
