Ms. Edith Marie Phillips, 70, of Ragland, Alabama passed away August 30, 2016 in Birmingham.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, J.Dona Kilpatrick, and by a son, Donnie Parnell.
She is survived by a Daughter, Angie Giddens; Son, Cecil Taylor II (Mary); Daughter-in-Law, Samantha Lynn Cunnish Phillps; Grandchildren, Querina Bierschenk, Cynthia Franklin, Jacie Manuel, William Giddens, Tyler Ball, Evie Giddens, Barry Eason, Franklin Phillips, Mark Phillips, Matthew Phillips, and Marty Phillips; and by13 Great- Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
