Melda Faye Howard, 73, of Lincoln passed away July 16, 2016. Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon, Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Blue Eye Baptist Church in Lincoln. The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 am to service time. Burial will follow at the adjoining cemetery with Rev. Jacky Morgan officiating.
Mrs. Howard was a lifelong resident of Lincoln. She was a member of Blue Eye Baptist Church and was employed with Alabama Industries for the Blind.
She was preceded in death by her parents Warnie and Elvie Burgess, husband Larry McBurnett, and husband Cecil Howard.
She is survived by her son Barry McBurnett (Tammy), and grandchildren Hannah, Emily, and Ethan McBurnett.
Pallbearers will be Bill Smith, Ray McBurnett, Don McBurnett, Tom Malone, Mike McBurnett, and Scott Vincent.
