Mr. Edward “Eddie” Eugene Cook, 39, of Talladega passed away July 5, 2016 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, AL.
The family will receive friends Thursday, July 7, 2016 from 4:30 to 6:30 pm at Usrey Funeral Home in Talladega. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 7:00 pm at Davie Allison Memorial Park in Talladega.
Eddie proudly served his community for 8 years with NorthStar EMS. He is survived by countless loved ones, friends, and family.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Red Door Kitchen, 500 South St., W., Talladega, AL 35160.
