Funeral service for Gayle G. Doucet, 61 of Talladega will be Friday, July 1, 2016 at 11:00 am at Usrey Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Robert Angles will officiate. Burial will follow in Ashland City Cemetery. Her family will receive friends Thursday from 6-8 pm and Friday after 9:00 am at Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega.
Mrs. Doucet passed away June 28, 2016 at Shelby County Medical Center.
She was a native of Calhoun County, resident of Talladega for the past 14 years.
She is preceded in death by parents, Travis and Gladys Gentry, children, Linda Green Karol Docuet and Dewayne Green, brother, Michael Gentry.
Mrs. Doucet is survived by her husband of 17 years, Wayne Doucet, daughter, Christy (Sam) Horn, grandchildren, Libby Horn, River Horn, Trent Horn and Carlie Horn, sisters, Joye Wade, Patsy Carroll, and Paula Hoffman, brothers, Barry Gentry and Johnny Gentry and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Whitehead, Corey Free, Keith Gentry, Michael Coker, Matthew Snyder, and Terry Triplett.
