Obituary of Stephen Noah Smith

Stephen “Steve” Smith of Talladega passed away at his home May 16, 2016. A celebration of life service will be announced at a later time. He was a longtime resident of Talladega and was the owner and operator of Smith Heating and Air. He worked for Alabama Power and had a long time contract with The Talladega Motor Speedway. He loved his garden and loved to hunt and fish. He is preceded in death by parents, Jimmy and Mary Smith, sister, Sandy Davis. Stephen is survived by his wife of 52 years, Judy Studdard Smith, children, Stevie Smith (Cindy) and Stephanie Smith (Jay Satterwhite), grandchildren, Jacob Smith Brenan Smith and Kaleigh Smith and Morgan Dodgen, sister, Faye Harmon, special cousins, Zelma Carr, Terrell Carr, Jason Carr, Shane Carr Yvette Carr and Jamison Carr and Eric Carr and special friend Jerry and Muriel Fincher, and several nieces and nephews.
