Arthur V. (Butch) Cooper, 74 of Talladega passed away May 7, 2016. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Monday May 9, 2016 at Usrey Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery with Ronnie Hurst officiating the service.. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty Haley Cooper, parents Archie and Lillie Cooper, siblings James Cooper, Barbara Highfield and Gary Cooper. He is survived by his daughter Cheryl Cooper Norred (Johnny), son Tim Cooper (Nancy), grandchildren Savannah Cooper, Betsy Cooper, Drew Cooper and Tanya Ford, sister Betty Brown (Johnny) and lifelong friend Amanda Fuller and several nieces and nephews. He was a member of Talladega Church of Christ, lifelong resident of Talladega, graduate of Talladega High School 1960, retired from Newberry Manufacturing and Anniston Army Depot. Pallbearers will be James (Jimbo) Brown, Richard Brown, Alton (Snook) Cooper, Donald Cooper, Danny Fuller, Steve Fuller, Charles Gilbert, Jay Milam and Larry Patterson. Honorary Tina Williams and breakfast friends at Tina’s Home Cookin.
