I am sorry for your loss, may the peace mention at Philippians 4:6,7 sustain you during this sad time. Just reading the obituary about Mr. Stewart is very encouraging there isn't many men like him in today's world the family should be pride of the sacrifices he made. The Bible tells us about a time when we will welcome back our loved ones who have fallen asleep in death by means of the resurrection. Notice Jesus words at John 5:28,29 " Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs (grave) will hear his voice and come out". Just imagine, the joy of heart when that happen, remember how Martha felt when Jesus raised Lazarus to life after being dead four days? Please read this passage at John 11:11-14,38-44. When our friends and relatives are resurrected the Bible tells us that sickness, pain and death will be no more (Isaiah 25:8; Isaiah 65:17-25; Revelation 21:3-5).
