Obituary of Vetinna Gunn Turner

Vetinna Turner, age 69 passed away at her home on April 16, 2016. Graveside Service will be held at Munford Memorial Cemetery on April 19, 2016 at 1:00 pm. She had fought a long battle with liver disease. The angels cried out and her wings were granted at 7:14 pm.
She leaves behind her husband of 49 years, Donnie Turner. She and Donnie had 3 boys and a wonderful life together.
She is proceeded in death by her son, Anthony Turner. Her mother, Essie Cobb,
two brothers Javannah Gunn, Jerome Gunn, and sister Voncille Whitehead.
Born and raised in Ft. Walton Beach, FL, Mrs. Turner spent most of her life there. After marrying Donnie, she traveled all over with him in the military. Her favorite memories were of Germany.
She enjoyed planting her flowers, shopping with the grandkids and crochet. Mrs. Turner was employed by the civil service and later on as a CNA at Ozark nursing home.
After leaving the work field, she spent her time loving on her two special grand-daughters, Bethanee and Lillee Turner.
She leaves behind her husband and two sons, Donald (Tara) Turner and Mark (Brenda) Turner.
Her kindness and love for all her family will live on forever in the hearts of everyone she touched
