Mrs. Kemp was the former President of the Pell City VFW Ladies Auxillary and was the 1997 Pell City Citizen of the Year. She is preceded in death by her husband Andrew Jackson Kemp, her parents Levi and Elsie Shirley, a sister Ozell Isbell, and a brother James Shirley.
She is survived by her Sons: Andrew Kemp, Ricky Kemp, Billy Kemp (Roberta), James Kemp, Sister: Johnnie Hallman, 7 Grandchildren, 11 Great- Grandchildren, and by several nieces, nephews and cousins
Service: 2:00 pm on Wednesday March 23, 2016 at Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City
Clergy: Rev. Wayne Arnold
Cemetery: St Clair Memorial Gardens
Visitation: Tuesday, March 22, 2016, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the funeral home
