Obituary of Sharon Louise Marks

Sharon Louise Marks, 60 of Jacksonville, AL, died March 17, 2016, at Jacksonville Healthcare. Ms. Marks was born November 18, 1955, in Elkins, West Virginia. She moved to the south during her teenage years and has lived in Alabama for over 40 years. Funeral services for Ms. Marks will be at Sunday, March 20, 2016 at 3:00 pm at Usrey Funeral Home Chapel in Talladega with Brother Jerry Lackey officiating. Her family will receive friends Sunday from 1-3 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be Hillcrest Cemetery. Ms. Marks is survived by her children: Diania Jacks (Nashville, TN), Patricia (Edwin) Harbin of Anniston, Bobby Marks of Pelham, and Dawn Shaddix of Temple, GA. Her grandchildren: Bradley Jacks, Phillip Jacks, Payton Harbin, Tyler Jacks, Blake Cleckler, Christian Marks, and Noah Marks; one brother, Charlie Teter of Elkins, West Virginia, and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Milton Marks Jr, her parents Henry Teter and Mona Corder, her brothers, June Simmons, Larry Teter, Robert Teter, and a grandson, William Shaddix. We rejoice that our mom accepted Christ as her Savior in 2010 and is now in heaven with no more pain or paralysis. The family would like to thank Jacksonville Healthcare and Comfort Care Hospice for their continued care of Ms. Marks. Pallbearers will be Edwin Harbin, Bobby Marks, Billy Teter, Brandon Anderson, Phillip Jacks II, and Tyer Jacks
