Kenneth Morgan McWilliams, 75, of Birmingham passed away March 5, 2016. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 pm, Monday March 7, 2016 at Usrey Funeral Home Chapel in Talladega with burial at Oak Hill Cemetery. Mr. Michael Chandler will officiate. The family will receive friends Monday from 2:00 to 3:00 pm at Usrey Funeral Home.
Mr. McWilliams was a native of Talladega. He was a retired Electrical Engineer and employed at Raytheon Engineering in Birmingham.
He is preceded in death by loving wife Barbara Jones, parents RC and Ola McWilliams, brothers RL, Alton, James, and sisters Emma and Jeanne. He is survived by his daughter April M. Chandler, son-in-law Tony, grandsons Alan, Nicholas, Stephen Chandler, sister Lillian Bowman (James “Bubby”), Troy McWilliams (Delores), Roland McWilliams (Lou), and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Alan Chandler, Nicholas Chandler, Stephen Chandler, Jerry McWilliams, Johnny McWilliams, and Mike McWilliams.
The family would like to give a special thank you to his doctors and the Palliative Care team who livingly and respectfully cared for him through this difficult time.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American Heart Association, P.O. Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692.
