Funeral service for Hugh “Poochie” Trammell, 74 of Talladega will be Thursday February 25, 2016 at 11:00 am at Usrey Funeral Home Chapel Rev. Ivan Fuller will officiate and burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. His family will receive friends Wednesday from 6-8 pm at Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega.
Mr. Trammell passed away February 22, 2016 at his home.
He is preceded in death by parents, Homer and Marie Trammell, brother, Billy Wilcox and uncle, Robert Trammell.
Mr. Trammell was a native and lifelong resident of Talladega. He was employed 34 years at Wehadkee Yarn Mills. He enjoyed fishing, grilling and Auburn football. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Sharron Trammell, daughters, Samantha Fields, Sondra Pumroy, grandchildren, Tabitha (Jeremy) Taylor, Farrah Fields, Knox Pumroy, Piper Pumroy and Harper Pumroy, and 4 great-grandchildren, brothers, Wayne Trammell, Larry Trammell
