Karen Lynn Dickinson of Ragland, Alabama passed away on February 13, 2016.
Karen was born on September 10, 1955. She studied at Jacksonville State University, the University of Southern Mississippi and Grand Canyon University. She was previously employed by Anniston City School System and Duvall County, Florida School System. She was an 8 year veteran of the United States Navy, stationed in San Diego, California and Adak, Alaska. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Dickinson and Judy Dickinson.
She is survived by her son/brother Judson (Hope) Dickinson; 3 sisters, Kelley (Mike) Cornelius, Wendy Dickinson, and Stacey Bean; 2 grandchildren, Bryan and Bailey Goodwin; several nieces and nephews; and by a host of friends worldwide.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at the Ragland United Methodist Church in Ragland, Alabama.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Ragland United Methodist Church Bus Fund, P. O. Box 7, Ragland, Alabama 35131.
