My prayers and sympathy to all the family on your loss. Kay will live in my memory as the sweet, lovely young woman I knew in high school. She always had a smile to share. I believe our Lord will leave these happy memories with all those who loved her. May God's Grace be with each of you.

So sad to hear of Kay's passing; or, in a more positive light, graduation to Heaven. I regret she suffered with that dread disease, cancer. As I have said before, I've always considered the Hill's to be my extended family over the years. As I write this, I am in Oklahoma, driving a vehicle to my brother, Roy, in Phoenix. All of you are in my thoughts and in my heart as you say goodbye to your loved one. Love to you all......James.

Kay was my roommate at UGA. She was amazing. She did well academically yet served her college community and sorority equally well. And she always did it with that wonderful smile that was there when she greeted you. For those us who knew Kay, we know that she loved each of us in her special way. I know some joy is missing from a lot of lives today. With love to her family, Dorothy Brittain Turner

Dear Hal and other family,
I was so saddened to hear the news about Kay's passing from Bill Seabrooke just now. I have such fond memories of Kay from being in the band with her in high school. I always thought she was one of the most beautiful and nicest of all our majorettes. When Mr. Mac picked me to follow Kay in playing oboe, I felt honored to be following her footsteps.
I can only imagine how very missed she will be by her entire family. I send you all my utmost sympathy.
Take care,
Ida
