Memorial service for Grace Evelyn Walters, 76 of Talladega will be Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 10:00 am at Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega. Dr. Rusty Sowell will officiate. Her family will receive friends Saturday from 9:00-10:00 am at Usrey Funeral Home.
Mrs. Walters passed away January 27, 2016 at Talladega Health Care.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Laney B. Walters, daughters, Evelyn Annie Walters, Betty Sue Walters, great-grandson, Noah Christopher Walters.
She was a native and lifelong resident of Talladega. She was a member of First Freewill Baptist Church of Talladega. She loved to cook and canning vegetables.
She is survived by her children, Daniel Laney Walters, Linda Gail Nolan, Wanda Jane White, Martha Louise Farrell, James David Walters, Janet Lurleen Walters, Debra Lee Walters, grandchildren, Kevin Nolan, Brittany Farrell, Broinca Walters, Lisa Walters, Mary White, Christopher Walters, Shadona Renee Burks, and great grandchildren, Shelby Saleen Nolan, Caleb Dawson Nolan, brother, Donald Ray Hester, Robert Hester, several nieces and nephews.
